This video was taken in November 2009 of a dinner Silvia hosted for the CT Chefs.  Please note the response of the chefs when the moderator asks what they thought of the dinner.  This kind of respect from your peers is difficult to earn and places Silvia's Restaurant near the top of the list of great New England Restaurants.  Please also note the acknowledgement from the head of an Enfield organization that feeds the poor on Thanksgiving and Christmas, proof that Silvia is a Christian who lives her faith and a strong member of our community.
